Legal Status

The legal status, order of organization, activities, and the Rules of the Court of Arbitration are set forth in the Federal Law of July 24, 2002 “On Third-Party Courts in the Russian Federation” and the Arbitration Court Rules of Procedure approved by the Russian CCI on June 22, 2006 and effective July 1, 2006.

Arbitration costs in connection with the dispute settlement in the Court of Arbitration and the way of arbitration fee calculation are determined by the Schedule on Arbitration Fees and Costs which is an integral part of the Rules
