Advantages

Mediation – is a term describing negotiations between parties to a dispute, which involve a third party acting as an intermediary, or mediator, who guides the disputing parties to a mutually acceptable settlement of their dispute or conflict.
Mediation is attractive for several reasons:
- • the parties can apply for mediation of their own free will
- • the parties are free to choose a mediator to their liking
- • the mediator’s unimpeachable neutrality (impartiality)
- • equality of the parties rights in meditation procedure
- • the mediation process and the documents it draws upon are confidential
- • mediation is cost-efficient, without affecting relations of partnership between the parties
