Competence

Pursuant to an agreement of the parties the following may be reffered to the Court of Arbitration: disputes arising from civil - law relations in the course of business and/or other economic activities, unless otherwise is determined by Federal Laws.

The right of bringing actions in the Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian CCI is vested with legal entities and individual entrepreneurs registered in the Russian Federation or in any other CIS countries.
