Stipulation of Conducting Conciliation Procedure

«Any and all disputes, differences or claims arising out of or in connection with this Contract (Agreement), before be settled in a manner required either by law or by this Contract (Agreement) shall be brought for conciliation procedure before the Panel of Mediators in Conciliation Proceedings at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation».

Условие об использовании примирительной процедуры

«До разрешения в порядке, предусмотренном законом либо настоящим договором (соглашением), все споры, возникающие из настоящего договора (соглашения) или в связи с ним, передаются сторонами на урегулирование в Коллегию посредников по проведению примирительных процедур при Торгово-промышленной палате Российской Федерации.».
