Konstantin I. Devyatkin – Director of the Center of Arbitration and Mediation at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.

Has the highest qualification as an arbitrator.

Vice-chairman of the Board of the Russian Centre of Assistance to Arbitration Proceedings, Vice-chairman of the Court of Arbitration for Resolution of Economic Disputes. arbitrator of the International Commercial Arbitration Court and the Court of Arbitration for Sport.

Since 1992 has been working in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation on the positions: deputy Director of the Contract Department, Director of the Department of supporting arbitration institutes, Director of the arbitration institutes Division of the Law Department, from 2006 to present – deputy Director of the Center of Arbitration and Mediation.

Contributed a lot to development of arbitration proceedings and improvement of activities of arbitration institutes at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, development of legislation in the Russian Federation, especially to the Federal law “About courts of arbitration in the Russian Federation”.

Honoured lawyer of the Russian Federation. Awarded to the Diploma of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation and the Decoration of the second degree  of the CCI.
