According to § 29 of the MAC Rules, unless a party has requested otherwise, the MAC awards may be published without naming the parties or the arbitrators, or disclosing any specific information about the proceedings.

As a rule, materials of the MAC practice are published after removing any information that could directly or indirectly refer to the parties of arbitration proceedings.

Similar materials are published in judicial press, particularly, in International Commercial Arbitration and The Arbitral Tribunal magazines.

At present, the Statute Publishing House is preparing for publishing a Collection of the MAC awards under the editorship of Prof. S.N. Lebedev.
