The MAC's Presidium

Under subparagraph 5 § 4 of the Rules of the MAC the Presidium of the MAC includes ex officio the President of the MAC, two Vice Presidents, three members of the Presidium, elected by members of the MAC, and a person appointed by the President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.
Chairman of the Presidium shall act as The President of the MAC.
The Presidium of the MAC deals with the matters referred to its competence by the Rules of the MAC, studies arbitration practice, considers matters connected with spreading information about the MAC activities, international ties of the MAC and other issues of the MAC activities.
Resolutions of the Presidium are passed by a simple majority of votes provided that at least three members of the Presidium, including the Presidium Chairman, were present in the meeting.
